STATEMENT WITH RESPECT TO JUNIOR PLAYERS PLAYING ON SENIOR TEAMS

LONDON DISTRICT BASEBALL has a rule that Senior teams may not sign Junior age players to their rosters.

For 2016 and going forward, Junior carded players may play up for any Senior team in league play, pending approval by
the Manager of their home team.  In the event of a schedule conflict, the Junior play MUST play for the team with which they have carded.  Games sheets are to be turned in to the Senior league convenor after each game.  Callups are to be callups and not steady players.  Callups are to be indicated on game card with a "C".  If no Junior player is available, the Senior league convenor must call the LDBA President for contact info of a Midget player/team.  The senior teams are not to call up Midget players directly.

(The rule was discussed with both the Thames Valley Senior league executives and the Southwestern Senior league convenor).
