Please fill out and submit this diamond booking request form at least 48 hours in advance of a diamond time that you would like to secure. Booking are on a first come first served basis, but games will take priority over practices. An email will be sent to you confirming your request (check your spam if you do not receive), and then you will receive a response email confirming or denying your diamond booking. You should then see your booking on the diamond schedule below. If you do not receive an email, do not assume the booking is yours!! For games it is the bookers responsibility to notify your UIC of any changes to your schedule, as well as your association scheduler to update the game on your website and the LDBA site.
