If after the Baseball Ontario Classification meeting on July 26, 2015 there are 2 or more teams in a division that must playoff to determine who will attend the Baseball Ontario Championship at their level, this mini-tournament will be played the weekend of July 31 to August 2, 2015.
It is hosted as a tournament using Baseball Ontario tournament rules for pitching.
